LETTINGS
Our letting department is backed by my personal experience of over 15 years of letting within the equestrian world alone and over the years there can be very few problems of one sort or another that I have not come across.
Over this period the laws governing property rentals has also changed, with most of those changes for the best for both the landlord & the tenant. The latest piece of legislation concerns energy efficiency and it is now a legal requirement for all domestic dwellings to have an energy performance certificate prior to being marketed. Unlike a full HIP report the energy certificates can be obtained from between £50 and £90 adding little to the cost of preparing a property to let.
The department deals with the letting of equestrian yards covering all of the various disciplines through to country houses with equestrian yards and quality homes with access to equstrian facilities.
If you are a prospective landlord looking to rent please telephone David Rumsey to discuss the facilities you have to offer and the best market to suit those facilities.
